ONLINE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

Please select a time from the calenders below to schedule a time with one of our clinicians.  Please follow the prompts to schedule via our electronic medical record system, Practice Fusion.  Note that all new intakes require 60 minute time slots and schedule accordingly.  Make sure you receive a confirmation of any appointments booked online as they are always pending provider approval.  Thank you!
